At the Summit, we believe that the Bible teaches that the church is the body of Christ. Church is not about a building – the church is His people. Church is not something we do; rather, the church is who we are. Together, in the gospel, for the gospel, to the glory of God.
Summit is one church split into three locations: O’Fallon, Wentzville, and Kirkwood. While the locations meet separately and are each led by a main teaching Elder, the three campuses share Elders and resources.
At the Summit, we gather each Sunday for corporate worship to to refocus on the redeeming work of the gospel in our lives. We worship together as a body through music, teaching, prayer, and communion.
The O’Fallon campus is located on the north side of Highway 70 at T.R.Hughes Boulevard behind Metro Lighting. The Wentzville campus meets at Timberland High School. The Kirkwood campus meets at Mike Duffy’s.
Each week, we meet to collectively worship our great God. We do this by singing songs that speak about the absolute truth of the gospel of of God’s character; by preaching from the Bible, God’s holy Word; by communicating with God through prayer; and by taking communion.
Children are welcome to join their parents in church during service or to attend Summit Kids – a safe, fun, gospel-centered environment designed just for them to hear and experience the Word in a way they can comprehend.
