These labs have been designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to excel in this area. We will have six sessions over the course of the year.Each lab will focus on a specific aspect of preaching/teaching.

Every lab will divided into two sessions. The first session will be an in-depth teaching on the topic at hand, facilitated by Brian Agovino. The second session of each lab will provide an opportunity for all participants to practice their newly acquired skills.

LAB 01: Big Idea Preaching

Part of speaking to a group is having an idea that helps the crowd connect and be moved. Haddon Robinson was the king of preaching a big idea. In our first lab we will unpack how to pull a big idea out of a passage and build a presentation about that big idea.

Anyone can speak to people and give talks that move people, The church has a unique message that when delivered can lead people to true heart change. Join us as we talk about the practical parts of making a sermon gospel-centered.
